How long does a typical residential clean take?

For a 2-bedroom home on a recurring bi-weekly cadence, expect about 2 to 3 hours with a two-person crew. First-time cleans (which are deeper) usually run 4 to 5 hours. Larger homes or homes with pets typically take longer — we never rush a clean to fit a schedule.

Can I request the same cleaners every visit?

Yes — and we strongly encourage it. About 90% of our recurring clients have the same 2-person crew every time. Familiarity matters: your crew learns the layout, your preferences, what you care about, and what you don't. If your assigned crew is ever out, we always notify you in advance.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most recurring clients give us a key, garage code, or smart-lock access. Every team member is background-checked, bonded, and insured. We confirm arrival and lockup via text or email so you're never wondering whether we came.

What if I have pets?

We love pets and clean around them all the time. For dogs, we recommend confining them to a single room or yard during our visit — not because we're afraid, but because vacuums stress most dogs out. Cats almost always sleep through it.

Can you use my cleaning products instead?

Yes. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or just prefer specific products, let us know during the quote and the crew will use what you provide. There's no price discount for this — same labor either way — but we're happy to adapt.

How do I cancel or reschedule a visit?

Just text or call us. As long as it's at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, there's no fee. Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours carry a $50 fee since we've already paid the crew for the time. Rescheduling is always free.
