Most weeks we have availability within 3–5 days. End-of-month is the busiest time (everyone's leases roll over), so we strongly recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead if you can. If you're in a same-day or next-day pinch, call directly — we sometimes have last-minute openings.
We can't guarantee what your specific landlord will do — every property manager has different criteria, and damage beyond cleaning isn't something we can address. What we can guarantee is that the cleaning side won't be the reason you lose your deposit. If a landlord flags us for missed cleaning items, we come back free of charge within 24 hours.
Yes. Move-out cleans are scoped for empty homes — we can't clean inside cabinets if there's still pots and pans in them, or floors if furniture's still on them. If you need help cleaning around partial furniture, that's a different service (closer to a deep clean) and we'll quote it differently.
We vacuum carpets thoroughly, but we don't shampoo or steam-clean carpets — that's a specialty service. If your lease requires professional carpet shampooing on move-out, we can refer you to a Denver carpet cleaner we trust and coordinate scheduling so both jobs happen back-to-back.
Yes. We schedule Saturday move-outs every weekend during peak season (May–September) at no premium. Sundays are limited but available with advance notice.
