STR turnover, answered.
Yes β that's the standard turnover window we're built around. As long as we have advance notice (ideally 48+ hours via your booking calendar), we slot it in. For unusually tight schedules or back-to-back same-day turnovers across multiple properties, we coordinate larger crews.
We can either wash and re-stage your existing linens during the turnover, or swap them out for fresh sets you provide. For larger STR portfolios, we coordinate linen rotation. We don't currently rent linens, but we can recommend Denver-area linen rental services if that's a fit for your operation.
If a turnover requires significantly more time than a standard turnover (vomit cleanup, glass breakage, severe pet incidents), we charge an extended-turnover fee β usually $50β150 above the base rate, with photos and itemization so you can recover from your guest if appropriate. Standard "messier than usual" doesn't trigger this; we expect a range.
Most hosts share their booking calendar with us (via PriceLabs, Hospitable, OwnerRez, or just shared Google Calendar). When a checkout is booked, we get notified and slot the turnover in automatically. Larger portfolio hosts can integrate via our preferred PMS partners.
Photos go to you within 30 minutes of completion. We document everything we notice β broken hardware, missing remotes, stained linens, smoke damage β so you have evidence to file a claim through Airbnb/VRBO before the next guest checks in.
