How we structure commercial pricing

Commercial work is always quoted after a free walk-through. We come on-site, measure the square footage, document the scope (number of restrooms, kitchen/breakroom, conference rooms, common areas, special surfaces), and propose a price based on cadence β€” daily, 3-times-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed. Most Denver offices in the 2,000–6,000 sq ft range fall between $400 and $1,400 per month depending on frequency.

Our contracts are simple: month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation clause. We don't trap clients in 24-month deals. We earn the renewal every single invoice cycle.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. We carry $2M general liability, workers' compensation, and a janitorial bond. Our agent issues a COI naming your business or property manager as additional insured at no charge β€” usually within one business day of your request.

Can you clean after-hours or on weekends?

Yes β€” and it's our default for most office and retail accounts. We coordinate access (key, code, alarm system) during the walk-through and confirm arrival/departure via text or email each visit. Weekend service is available with no premium.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Our standard agreement is month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation. We don't lock clients into long-term contracts. If you ever need to pause or scale up, we can adjust scope mid-cycle with 7 days notice.

How do you handle billing?

Monthly invoicing via email or your AP system. We support NET 15, NET 30, ACH, and credit card. Larger accounts can request bi-weekly invoicing if it fits your cycle better. Late fees apply only after 45 days past due.

What products do you use?

Hospital-grade EPA-registered disinfectants for high-touch areas, neutral pH cleaners for general surfaces, and color-coded microfiber to prevent cross-contamination. We're happy to use specific products you require β€” fragrance-free, green-certified, or proprietary brands.

What if our facility has a special situation?

Medical, daycare, food service, and lab spaces have specific protocols we follow. During the walk-through, we document anything unusual β€” biohazard handling, restricted areas, sensitive equipment β€” and write it into the scope of work. Your crew is briefed before they ever touch the space.
